What is the Arrowhead Welcome Center? Simply put, it's where you go to get connected, regardless of whether you are a resident or a visitor.

The Welcome Center is owned and operated by Prime Properties. We've been a permanent fixture on the mountain for many years. Throughout those years, we've fielded countless questions from tourists, full-timers and part-timers. Questions, like, "Where do I find a contractor? What's a good place to eat? What should I list my property for? Is this a good time to buy? Sell? How do I find people on the mountain with like interests?"

The question are endless. The funny thing is, we have always been very good at answering them. It's all about connecting people. So we decided to make it the main thing we do. Need directions? Need connections? Stop by or call us!
